JAEH Linear Thermobreak – Thermal Treatment System in Stainless Steel

JAEH linear thermobreak in stainless steel, designed for the continuous thermal treatment of liquid, semi-liquid, and crushed food products, especially within industrial processing lines for tomatoes, fruits, and vegetables.

The equipment allows for rapid and controlled heating of the product before subsequent extraction, pulping, refining, or concentration operations. This thermal treatment can be used to modify the product's characteristics and facilitate the following stages of the process.

Its horizontal configuration, piping and valve system, and stainless steel construction enable its integration into continuous processing industrial facilities.

PROCESS

The previously crushed or prepared product is continuously pumped into the JAEH thermobreak, where it undergoes thermal treatment for a controlled period.

Depending on the working temperature and the process used, the treatment can be configured according to the product's requirements before continuing to the next operations.

In tomato and fruit processing lines, this type of equipment can be part of Hot Break or Cold Break processes, depending on the temperatures and conditions used.

It can be integrated with:

Crushers and mills
Product pumps
Conveyors
Refiners / finishers
Turbo pulpers
Buffer tanks
Evaporators
Aseptic sterilizers
Aseptic fillers

APPLICATIONS

Especially suitable for tomato processing industries, fruit and vegetable processors, and manufacturers of purees, pulps, concentrates, and sauces.

In tomato processing, the thermal treatment prior to refining can be used to influence enzymatic activity, viscosity, and the final characteristics of the pulp, depending on the selected process conditions.

The combination of JAEH technology, continuous operation, and industrial construction in stainless steel provides a solution for professional lines for thermal treatment and product preparation.
